The data you enter in the enquiry form (name, company, email address, country, topic and message) or send by email, and the content of any follow-up correspondence.

We process the data to answer your enquiry and discuss possible cooperation. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

We keep the data only for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and any cooperation that follows from it. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Email service providers (Google, Cloudflare) and Cloudflare, which delivers enquiry form messages. Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA; where they do, the safeguards required by the GDPR apply. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@vilniuspharma.com. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
